I’m an experienced careers professional with a diverse background across the public, private and third sectors. I’ve supported people of all ages through key transitions - from school pupils planning their futures to adults navigating in‑work challenges, redundancy or career change. I bring strong interpersonal skills, a coaching mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level.My experience includes leading school‑based career education and guidance delivery, managing post‑school caseloads, training and developing colleagues, presenting to large audiences, and working collaboratively with national organisations. Earlier roles across healthcare campaigning, outplacement consultancy, professional bodies, charities and advice services strengthened my ability to guide sensitive, often complex career conversations and help clients turn uncertainty into clear, achievable next steps.I’m driven, resourceful and passionate about helping people realise their potential.
