I am an experienced Employment Lawyer with a strong history of working in the legal services industry, both in private practice and in house. My preference is to work with clients on a proactive basis to minimise the risk of disputes arising through training and advisory work, but where they do find themselves facing such disputes, despite best efforts to avoid them, then I am an experienced Tribunal advocate- Advising on complex Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance issues- Undertaking multi-day advocacy before the Employment Tribunal (\"ET\")- Drafting and advising on Service Agreements and Consultancy Agreements- Advising both employees and employers in negotiating Settlement Agreements-Undertaking and advising on ACAS negotiated settlements of ET claims- Providing detailed TUPE advice to both transferor and transferee employers- Advising on issues of equal pay, with a particular focus on Gender Pay Gap- Advising on the validity and enforcement of restrictive covenants- Advising employers on the consultation process and other legal requirements during redundancy exercises- Advising both employers and employees on the legal implications of supporting employees through the menopause- Providing detailed advice on TUPE related aspects of corporate transactions- Providing training on a variety of issues for employers, managers and HR professionals
