Starting in customer service and operations, I held Senior Management positions for 20 years, focused on business and proposition development, product and placement strategy, supplier and panel management in a large, multi-distribution broker business. I\'ve worked with large, complex businesses, and smaller niche ones, including AJG, AXA, Aviva, Allianz, Ageas, Covea, Folgate, Geo, JLT, LV, L&G, Prestige, QBE, RSA and more besides. I have a large network of industry contacts, giving me a wide lens view of the insurance market. I have built propositions and panels for both commercial and personal lines products, including placement and distribution strategies based on model, income and efficiency needs. I have developed digital,(CDL, SSP, Acturis, web) manual and hybrid placement solutions, including multi-channel distribution strategies. And I can help you make the most of it by working with you to design your business plan and stick around to help keep you on track.
