ABOUT HELEN HANCOCK

A collaborative, high EQ leader, I have a passion for helping people find happiness and achievement in their professional life, utilising the tenents of design thinking, organisational development and change management. I have enjoyed a diverse career across Australia and Canada primarily focused around the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, where I have found my niche taking on major project opportunities, for both external and internal clients. Through completion of my Executive MBA at RMIT University in Melbourne, I have developed a human-centred leadership skill set. The program, an unrivaled learning and growth experience, provided me with substantive opportunities to develop both personally and professionally, as well as enjoy a number of achievements. I now seek to engage people and situations with a focus on empathy, respect and curiosity. I am at my best when I am presented with problem-solving, facilitation/training, people-focused and analytical scenarios. My ambition is to continue my continue my post-graduate education with further degrees and a potential doctoral undertaking. I consider myself to multi-potentialite and seek to always be learning and developing my skill sets and my understanding of the world around me through my career, my education and my lived experience.
