Responsibly for leading the Business Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Management areas of business. Working closely with leaders in each team, I support the development of team strategy and work across all levels to turn plans into reality. Undertake business development to bring new clients to Waterstons including networking, presenting at conferences and increasing brand awareness. I act as Client Partner for key clients, ensuring the projects are appropriate, resourced and delivered to ensure clients are delighted with the projects we deliver. I work closely with clients to develop programmes of work allowing visibility of business pipeline. Ultimately responsible for commercial decisions on my clients.
