   I have worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 32 years in various capacities ranging from a Financial Analyst, an Asset Manager, and an Office and Retail Lease Administrator to my current position as a Lease Administration Manager for Boston Properties, L.P. in San Francisco. My department is responsible for administering leases for approximately five million square feet of office and retail space located at Embarcadero Center in San Francisco, Gateway Center in South San Francisco, San Jose and Mountain View Research and Technology Park. My nonprofit work includes serving as Co-Chair for the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Marketplace and Convention held in San Francisco in October, 2010, for which I successfully helped raise in sponsorship funds. I was also a National Delegate for the CREW SF Chapter in 2010 and 2011. I am currently the CREWSF President in 2013 and on the Advisory Board of Urban Solutions.In April 2009, I was the Logistics Chair for the CREW California Conference held at the Westin St. Francis. Due to my negotiation skills, I was able to obtain a great hotel package rate, which enabled each participating chapter to profit from the conference. I also played an integral role in obtaining Martell cognac as a major sponsor for the evening reception.In addition to the leadership roles that I held as part of the CREW organization, I have proven my leadership ability in other non-profit organizations. Since 2006, I served as a board member for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. I was on the Development Committee for the past three years. In May, 2009 I chaired the American Red Cross Real Heroes Breakfast which raised over for the American Red Cross. In May 2010, I co-chaired the American Red Cross Real Heroes Gala at the Marriott and helped raise over have a California real estate license and am a notary public.
