ABOUT HELEN DOYLE

I create workplaces where people genuinely thrive.With over 20 years experience across people operations, HR, and operational leadership, I’ve built my career around supporting people, strengthening culture, and improving the day to day employee experience. I’m known for combining empathy with practical delivery and bringing structure, clarity and care to fast moving, growing organisations.CIPD Level 5 qualified, I have hands on experience across the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, HR systems (including Workday, iTrent and Natural HR), payroll, benefits and compliance. Alongside this, I bring deep operational experience from multi-site leadership to finance and administration.Health, wellbeing and employee experience sit at the heart of my work. I believe small, thoughtful changes can make a meaningful difference to how people feel at work and that when people are supported properly, businesses perform better as a result.I’m particularly drawn to purpose led organisations where culture, wellbeing and human connection are valued as much as performance.I’m always open to conversations about roles that blend people, wellbeing, experience and operational leadership.
