ABOUT HELEN C.
Hi, I’m Helen, an EMCC professional coach, coach supervisor and a former Royal Air Force Tornado F3 Navigator.I was first introduced to coaching during my time in the RAF, when I qualified as an Aircrew Performance Coach; a role that sparked my passion for helping others achieve their potential. I have worked in the coaching field for over 15 years, as a leadership and performance coach in military aviation and more recently as a career coach with RFS, supporting members of the Armed Forces community through career transitions, identity shifts and confidence development.My coaching approach is person-centred and client-led. I work in an emergent way, shaped by what matters most to the individual and can support clients across the spectrum of careers, leadership levels and life stages. I am a people-person with a warm, empathetic, and intuitive approach.I am also a certified coach supervisor supporting other coaches to develop, reflect and sustain their practice. As a supervisor, I offer a safe, reflective, and ethically grounded space for coaches to explore any aspect of their work. Alongside coaching I work as a programme manager at RFS. I deliver a large-scale coaching and mentoring programme for the Armed Forces community and look after a dedicated community of volunteer coaches and mentors who generously give their time to the programme. This community of coaches and mentors is a source of great knowledge, wisdom and expertise and it is my privilege to know and work with them.
