ABOUT HELEN BURNETT
I am a recruitment specialist with many years of experience working within various roles in HR and recruitment. I have been involved in large recruitment campaigns, dealing with high volume recruitment. I deal with senior stakeholders on a daily basis and regularly advise on recruitment strategies. After joining Cognizant as a contractor, I liked it so much, I took the first opportunity to go perm. My role as senior manager within the team, means I have a blend of mentoring and managing a small team of amazing recruiters and partnering with my own stakeholders to meet demand, with particular focus on senior hiring.
