Scored 100% on Achilles UVDB Audit (June 2023), Pass for Achilles Building Confidence audit (July 2023) and BP audit 99%(March 2024). I carry out site inspections on operatives completing high risk activity such as Confined Space, Excavations and HPWJ. I monitor and manage the company Integrated Management System (IMS), update and create policies (annually) and procedures (bi-annually), code all documentation (forms, guidance, RAMS, Toolbox Talks etc.) and ensure that the Master Revision document is updated with this information and links to all documents and also maintain the company legal register.I have recently completed Lead Auditor 9001 Course - March 2023
