Head of AECOM\'s UK+I and CE Major Pursuits Team. Works selectively on major opportunities across all End Markets that make the greatest difference to NSR and EBITA growth. Leads the Major Pursuits Team to develop win strategy and positioning and deliver bids and bid training to drive high win rates. Ensures thinking on major opportunities links to operational delivery models to make certain we bid as we will deliver. Reports on all aspects of performance and budget management to the UK+I Executive Board. Key Achievements - 100% delivery on win target - Manages the Major Pursuits Team, runs strategy and positioning and works personally on selected bids that make a material difference towards the sales plan targets- Established a method of entry into the Major Pursuits Team to make certain we support the bids that make the greatest difference to the business- Established a Work Winning process and tools that have resulted in a consistent, proven, approach to opportunity management and bidding- Manages a current opportunity (bid) pipeline of over $1bn - Rolled out win strategy and bid writing training to the Work Winning community and End Markets to share best practice with teams that are outside the major pursuits criteria- Coached the Major Pursuits Team to deliver an holistic approach to bidding, that starts at strategy creation and positioning, which results in a higher success rate.
