ABOUT HELEN BEECH

I am a partner in the employment team at Clarkslegal LLP and a director of Forbury People Ltd, a wholly owned HR consultancy of Clarkslegal. I specialise in advising companies (UK and international) on major collective redundancy/restructuring programmes, dealing with all aspects of strategy and process. I regularly assist companies on significant insourcing and outsourcing or business transfer processes and have significant experience in managing final salary pension change/closure consultation processes. I regularly work with companies on industrial relations issues and employee engagement.I provide day to day support to many companies on all aspects of discrimination, harassment and victimisation claims, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and dismissal processes, including appointments and dismissals of senior management and board directors.I am keen to encourage pro-active employee engagement through training and workplace representation/forums, and regularly provide training to employees, managers and elected representatives.I take a holistic approach to finding solutions to legal problems and through Forbury People Ltd, am able to provide additional resource and expertise to my clients.
