Driving transformation across the J&J business, including Medical Devices, Consumer and Pharma, I shape and embed Project Management strategies to deliver successful projects and develop their J&J global teams. Reporting to the Global Leader as part of the six-strong Global FPX Team, I deliver training in FPX methodology, working with a network of FPX trained Project Leaders, Coaches and Consultants to deliver training and drive continuous improvement. Here, I shape EMEA annual FPX (Flawless Project Execution) training strategy and programmes for project Sponsors/Key Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Project Leaders, Core Team Members, and FPX Instructors (approx. 1500 people p.a.). I also deliver a robust COVID response, including contributing to development of new online training, virtual training, digitisation of project tools and new training materials.Developing strategic relationships across J&J’s EMEA Business, I use FPX best practice to enable J&J businesses to better deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification. Here, I establish PM delivery using J&J’s proprietary FPX strategy, including growing PM maturity as well as setting EMEA FPX strategies and priorities as one of only ten people qualified to be a Lead FPX Instructor. I also own the entire FPX certification process for all Subject Matter Experts and Project Leaders ensuring that all training and certification aligns with existing and future EMEA business objectives. Building cohesive relationships with EMEA Senior Leaders/Leaders, we work together to identify opportunities to drive FPX adoption and embed FPX across their business through delivering effective FPX Integration. I also lead a “Community of Practice” for all EMEA FPX Integration Leads, a network of Leads who own a strategy to embed FPX as an eco-system within their business.
