ABOUT HELANA DARWIN
I am an innovative and insightful researcher with twelve years of experience in human-centered research projects. As a Senior User Researcher at JP Morgan, I worked in close collaboration with cross-functional partners to modernize the bill payment experience on web. Previously, I worked as a UX Researcher at AnswerLab, where I led over twenty end to end research projects in a client-facing agile environment. I am experienced in leading all phases of research. My methods have included IDIs, focus groups, usability testing, card sorting, and competitive market analysis. My deliverables have included written reports, slide deck reports, and personas. My areas have included social media, information architecture, privacy policies, e-commerce, fintech, educational technology, and messaging apps.
