Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our customers and partners to integrate Dolby technologies such as Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio into their products/services/open source projects. Being the voice of the customer while working with cross functional teams to influence the product design and define support plans to deliver the best customer experience possible. As subject matter expert, provide technical support to cross functional teams at Dolby. Design, create and deliver technical trainings/workshops/webinars to world wide pre-sales/post-sales technical support teams. Architect and build solutions/services/tools to better deliver Dolby technologies to customers and partners world wide.
