Whether it’s scaling a start-up from scratch or optimizing performance for an established company, I’ve dedicated my career to creating efficient, high-impact operations that get results.At Bodo, I was the first employee. I created the entire operations framework from the ground up, taking the business from concept to reality. By establishing efficient processes and scalable systems, we grew to deliver thousands of parcels each month. It was about more than logistics; it was about building something that could keep up with demand and drive the company forward.At Urb-it, we achieved growth, and that kind of leap doesn’t happen by accident. It took performance management at every level, partnerships that added value, and implementing automation and KPIs that gave us actionable insights. Every decision had to balance speed with precision, and the results speak for themselves.With OTL Solutions, the goal was growth, and we delivered, achieving a 33% uptick within the region.
