Thomas heads the Linde Advanced Operations Solutions, a unit within Linde, that provides consulting, solutions & services for autonomous or remote operation of process plants. This unit designs, implements and maintains solutions for advanced automation and real-time optimization as well as real-time condition & performance diagnostics. In previous roles, Thomas was responsible to develop Linde\'s global remote & autonomous operations strategy and later to implement the strategy across Asia Pacific as Head of Operations & Technology APAC. Part of his responsibility was Linde’s remote operating center in Kuala Lumpur that operates 100+ automatically operated plants across 13 countries from one control room with 10 operators.Earlier in his career he held senior leadership positions in Process, Systems, Automation- and Electrical-Engineering.
