ABOUT HEIKE STEINER
I am a Munich-based editor with over 20 years of writing experience. Since mid-2021, I conceptualize and write sustainability reports, brochures, website texts, interviews, and more related to the sustainable engagement of companies in a wide range of industries such as retail, automotive or energy. This also includes knowledge and advice on the required content, for example according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In addition, I coordinate the graphic implementation of reports or brochures in cooperation with the layout or take over the project-management. With my experience in press and public relations, I was able to lead the corporate communications at the sustainable business consultancy akzente, including speaker placement, press relations as well as planning and creating content for LinkedIn and the website (Wordpress). With the acquisition through Accenture, I have been implementing the transition communication and since then support the ASG Sustainability Strategy & Consulting practice in its marketing activities. I learned my journalistic trade at a daily newspaper, then worked for several high-circulation magazines. I was editor, chief reporter and then head of the text-department. I learned from the bottom up how to write for specific target groups. The same goes for conceptual thinking. Deadlines? I surely meet them. I work in a structured and organized way. In my free time I like to be outside with my two daughters.
