WORK HISTORY
Founder Learning Strategy & Digital Learning Transformation @Lernsteine
Founder | LERNSTEINE® | since work with organisations on learning initiatives that emerge in the context of new tools, processes or organisational change. Many projects start with a concrete request – for example a training programme, a digital learning format or a learning platform. In practice, these situations often involve broader questions: how knowledge is shared, how people actually learn new ways of working, and how learning fits into everyday processes. My work therefore often begins by exploring these questions together with the people involved. From there, I help organisations design learning approaches that connect digital tools, work processes and practical learning experiences.Typical areas of my work include:• Learning strategy and digital learning initiatives• Design of digital and blended learning formats• Workshops that connect learning with operational practice• Supporting organisations at the intersection of HR/L&D, IT and operational teams• Exploring how learning, knowledge management and digital tools can work togetherAlongside my consulting work, I am currently exploring how AI can support learning and knowledge processes in organisations. Together with colleagues, I am working on a data protection–compliant RAG-based solution designed for SMEs, focusing on practical use cases such as onboarding, knowledge retrieval and learning simulations.

ABOUT HEIDRUN PAPE
Organisations often approach learning with a concrete request: a training programme, a workshop or a digital learning platform. In practice, these situations often raise deeper questions: How do people actually learn new ways of working? How is knowledge shared across teams? And how do tools, processes and learning interact in everyday work? This is the space where I usually work. For more than 20 years I have supported organisations in exploring these questions and designing learning approaches that connect digital tools, work processes and practical learning experiences. My background combines system thinking, learning design and many years of practical work with groups, digital learning environments and organisational change processes.Typical areas of my work include:• learning strategy and digital learning initiatives • workshops that help teams explore and understand complex processes • design of digital and blended learning formats • connecting HR/L&D perspectives with IT and operational teams • exploring how learning, knowledge management and digital tools can work togetherAlongside my consulting work, I am currently exploring how AI can support learning and knowledge processes in organisations. Together with colleagues, I am working on a data protection-compliant RAG-based solution designed for SMEs, focusing on practical use cases such as onboarding, knowledge retrieval and learning simulations.
