A Little About Me:With 9 years of experience working in both agency and startup environments across the US and Canada, I’ve learned how to manage complex programs, streamline operations, and create processes that scale. I’m passionate about making things run smoothly, whether it\'s overseeing cross-departmental teams or fine-tuning the smallest details of a RACI. Most recently, I’ve helped grow an agency from just 5 to 270 employees in 4 years, achieving $1M MRR, and maintaining high client NPS scores and team satisfaction.
