My practice consists of estate planning (Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney/Living Wills, HIPAA documents and business succession issues), federal estate tax planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, special needs planning and Orphans\' Court practice. Orphans\' Court practice includes, but is not limited to, petitions for guardianshp, termination of guardianships, Will contests, modification and termination of irrevocable trusts, seeking accountings from agents acting under a Power of Attorney, executors, administrators and trustees, and representation of executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries in legal actions brought against them by beneficiaries. Additionally, I also work on real estate matters related to all of the above.
