Experienced and versatile Instructional Designer/Principal Trainer in the healthcare industry. Over 13 years training Epic systems with previous years training multiple other EHR systems. Previous analyst experience with multiple GE platforms. Certifications in Cadence, Prelude and MST Build. Multiple full-cycle implementations and over 10 MST builds. Many rounds of CT credentialing as well as mentoring new trainers of varying levels. Multiple years\' experience with various LMS platforms including Lawson and Service Now. Admin level access including curriculum, event and class building. Reporting, Student tracking, classroom and trainer assignments. Experience using Service Now for tracking, trouble shooting and storage of training documentation. Prior to the healthcare industry, I was an Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors for a Home Care Organization. This experience came with event planning, JHACO preparation, various software implementations as well as management of employees. I learn quickly and strive to constantly be broadening my horizons.
