ABOUT HEIDI MCBREEN

I bring a lot of varied experiences to the table. After nine years of accounting experience early in my career, I opted to be an at-home mother when my second child was born. The next year, I was widowed and went back to school full-time. I later remarried and put my work toward an Accounting degree on hold to have more children and continue to focus on raising them. I finally graduated in 2019 and after working toward that goal for so long. well, it was sweet indeed!During that time of raising children, I volunteered in many different groups - working hard to achieve the best results while leading and training others. Besides covering the immediate needs, my goal was also to improve the processes with an eye to the future. I gained valuable skills in working with others (both adults and children), leadership, planning, training, and communicating - all while strengthening my community. I continue to volunteer to this day.There is a part of me that likes to document processes and organize notes as well as innovate, streamline, problem-solve and work proactively to make improvements. Learning new skills energizes me. All that wrapped up as a power user in Excel - that\'s me! I would be a great asset to any company that values those abilities.
