About Heidi Lapham
I have a passion for helping business owners and their employees meet their retirement goals. Since 2001, I have developed a unique perspective in the industry by working with and for PEO/payroll providers, financial professionals, TPA’s and record keeping platforms. Working with hundreds of small and medium sized businesses has resulted in sound qualified plan knowledge and the ability to consult on all aspects of 401k administration and design. I have a knack for keeping things simple and translating industry jargon for everyone to understand.I apply my experience by partnering with financial professionals and third party administrators in the greater Houston area who work with retirement plan sponsors. I am most proud of my son and daughter, who keep me very busy when I’m not working. I serve as a co-chair for the Houston chapter of WIPN.org which is a wonderful say to support women in this industry. I love cheering on my alma mater, the Baylor Bears. I am a proud supporter of FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education). This organization is near and dear to my heart as we manage daily life with my son’s food allergies.
