I manage and administer the Financial Times Board Director Programme, a programme of events for Non-Executive Directors or those wishing to become a Non-Executive Director, providing events, news, advice and job opportunities with a membership of nearly members. I organise the substantial events programme, contacting speakers, collating presentations & materials, & attending the events providing hands-on support. I provide analysis of all events from delegate evaluations, as well as other statistical data. I also manage aspects of the members queries by social media, email, phone & post.I assist with researching, proofreading & collating the monthly e-newsletter for the Programme – this involves researching relevant reports & publications; proofreading submissions & collating all content for publication on the Programme website & as an e-newsletter sent to all members.I manage the Financial Times Board Director Programme LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Groups, Twitter & Facebook channels.I helped launch & now assist with the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, which is a level 7 BTEC (Masters level) qualification for Non-Executive Directors which seeks to improve corporate governance, & was started in 2011. I assess all candidate applications, collate & produce presentations & materials, & provide support at events. Based on the success of the Diploma in the UK, it was launched in Hong Kong in 2013. I provide candidate assessment for all Hong Kong applicants.
