About Heidi F.
Previously, I was the Program Coordinator for Project Scout, where we prepare free simple tax returns through the VITA/TCE program, for low income and elderly people. I was coordinating volunteers at our 16 sites, scheduling and preparing tax returns, and assisting with CalFresh applications. I finished the H&R Block 60-hour California Income Tax course and registered as a CTEC approved tax preparer in December 2025. I obtained my AS Degree in Accounting in May 2020. I worked as a QuickBooks Live bookkeeper for Intuit\'s business customers using QuickBooks Online for four years. I am detail-oriented, persistent, love to learn new things, and desire to help people attain their goals. I have extensive skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and TurboTax.My passion is riding my bike with friends, walking, getting out in nature, learning new things, meditation, keeping healthy and fit, traveling, and learning how to earn money to increase my retirement using many different strategies.
