About Heidi Kim
Ever since I was a kid, I liked to make things. Whether it was creating makeshift sculptures (many scars to prove it!) or making music, I have always found a thrill in scrappily creating something from nothing. Lucky for me, I’ve been able to find a career in building from nothing or the seemingly messy, as a founder, a startup product manager, and now, working in partnership with the world’s largest organizations to find new solutions to old problems. At BCG X, I have built and managed multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex problems in new and innovative ways. In particular, I focus on building world-class customer experiences in government by improving employee experiences and leveraging technology to support great service delivery. In addition, I work with our clients on navigating their AI strategy through implementation and to develop sustainable models of innovation.
