Establish division of Employee Engagement from infancy to complete fruition. Developed a strategic framework for training, performance management, and talent planning and created an Executive leadership Development Program focused on succession candidates. Update current compliance policies that have lapsed. Designed and launched a learning delivery plan that gauges effectiveness via talent review process executing coaching, change management, organizational design, and team building additionally creating and implemented an innovative performance management approach a 30 by 30 evaluation process, driving proactive communication, acknowledgment, goal setting, and problem-solving strategies. Established specific programs and launched departmentally focused engagements, assuring alignment between competencies and leadership development strategies to achieve ROI and operational, organizational, and departmental goals. Evaluate organizational training requirements and work with subject matter experts and senior leadership to design solutions optimizing onboarding, employee performance, and overall employee engagement. Utilize experiential learning, video, and synchronous virtual learning methodologies to deliver relevant needed training. I created 18 weeks of instructor-led training courses specifically targeting remote management skillsets. Developed and administered asynchronous e-learning modules focused on onboarding driven by our organizational values, first-time manager, communication, emotional intelligence. Continually tracked and used data for analysis to drive decision-making.
