My favorite word is PASSION. I carry passion in my front pocket. This passion makes me a firm believer in truth, transparency, and giving 110% every day. Most importantly it translates into loving what you do.I grew up on a small 4th generation family farm and enjoy watching my kids (6th generation) grow up with the inherent values and work ethic that our family gem gifts us daily. I graduated with honors at UWP, and since college I have pursued a career in public relations. I found a \"home\" in the utility cooperative industry, and currently work for a utility software provider. I am known as a go-getter. I ask questions. I generate and execute plans. I look for every way possible to measure and evaluate outcome. I strive to continually hone my skillset and believe no one is ever done learning. My career goal is to reach retirement knowing I have always been passionate about the work I have done for organizations that align with my values.
