As a serial entrepreneur, I have found a passion for organization – my role is steeped in bringing order out of chaos and ensuring the values and culture of House Trevethan are maintained as we grow. I have an innate sense of people and can quickly find who will fit best in our culture and what motivates potential House Trevethan team members. My commitment to excellence in these areas has created an amazing and repeatable model for sustainable hiring and retention. We are very proud of our inclusive work culture here at House Trev. We are Southern Arizona\'s 1st certified Green Business Leader. House Trevethan is a Start Up and therefore, I have many diverse roles in the company including Sales generation, A/P, A/R, marketing (social media, local and nationwide), hiring and onboarding new contractors for client projects, creating and implementing internal processes, brainstorming and implementing plans for business growth, planning and hosting IT tech talk events, and so much more. If you are part of a start up then I am sure you can relate! I am very motivated to have House Trevethan succeed. We are now in year 5! We hope to keep growing a steady volume of clients both repeat and new. Our goal of giving clients white-glove service with kindness will be our North Star as we grow. Likewise, ensuring our Collaborators are treated well is key to our success. My personal passion outside of work includes my husband, son and two dogs. I love being crafty and creative: from cake decorating to vegan baking to making miniatures. I also enjoy long walks in the desert and coffee. I am a proud Board member and Chair of the Advocacy Committee at Tucson LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce. I am also the President of BNI chapter,\"Network Without Borders\". I strive to always be learning and growing both in my personal and professional life while being an advocate for others and ensuring there is room at the table for everyone.
