ABOUT HEIDI SCHOUTEN
I\'m graduating this summer from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Crop and Soil Science: Agronomy and a BioWork certificate from the NC BioNetwork. During my time at NC State, I completed a Regulatory Science internship with the Minor Use Foundation, a Marketing and Communications internship with the Center of Excellence for Regulatory Science in Agriculture (CERSA), and also worked in the NCSU Turf Pathology Lab supporting their research trials. I’m especially interested in how agriculture, regulatory science, and communications can intersect to address global challenges.
