ABOUT HEIDI NOBANTU SAUL
As a Professional Facilitator I specialize in Planning, Producing & Facilitating ‘Open Space Technology’ meetings for Companies, Organizations, Educational Institutions, Retreats and Open Events often called unConferences. I am available for hire and would love to work with you to bring Open Space to your challenge! OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY - a self-organizing, interactive, participant driven dialogue process that is inclusive and serves to develop capacity for sustainable relationships (team building), creative collaboration, solution discovery and getting things done! It is an interactive process where participants set the agenda, meet in concurrent and overlapping discussions/sessions around a theme/issue, across department, hierarchical or historically opposite lines.OPEN SPACE unCONFERENCE - can quickly access collective intelligence and passion while building a field of relationships that will put ideas to work! Through inviting all the stakeholders or interested parties to participate, asking key questions, and facilitating the creation of a final agenda on-site and in real time, you create the space for something new to happen. No predetermined agenda of talking heads on stage or multiple pre-planned breakout tracks can do it justice. If what you need is: • innovation, new & different outcomes• plenty of time for networking• build community• creativity & action• a space that innovates emergent & divergent thinking• less time planning & more fun.Try an Open Space unConferenceClients have engaged Open Space for a wide range of purposes:Sony PlayStation Technology | What’s Next for PlayStation?DANCE USA | Annual Winter ForumBrigham Young University (BYU)| CIO Annual All Hands MeetingAssistance Dogs of the West | Strategic Planning and ChangeMicrosoft | Enterprise Strategy and Architecture Summit 11BYU | University API Winter Workshop Phoenix Zones Initiative Summit | Strategic Standards Association InDIITA | Digital Inclusion through Trust and AgencyCalifornia Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS)| Faculty Staff Annual Retreat & Faculty Diversity RetreatChaves County CASA Program | What is Needed and Possible with Our Partners? She’s Geeky Connecting Women in Tech | unConferences RadicalxChange unConference | A New Era of Democracy University of Western Australia | The Mining AMD IssueCUT | FILL 2020 for Landscape Architecture | What are the Challenges & Opportunities in the unprecedented time of a global pandemic & civil unrest from racial injustices, for LA as we move forward?AND more.
