ABOUT HEIDI LUERING

I am a results-driven strategist with over ten years of experience in management consulting, M&A, and strategic project leadership – primarily in industrial environments. I spent several years with L.E.K. Consulting, including time in the U.S, advising corporates and private equity clients on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration. I have led international teams and worked across time zones – with people based in Europe, the U.S, and China – always focused on clarity, structure, and tangible outcomes. In my current role, I am part of the senior leadership team and act as a strategic partner to the executive level. I define priorities, manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, and build the structures needed to execute strategy effectively and efficiently. My approach is grounded in analytical strength, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. I remain composed under pressure, bring structure to complex situations, and drive decisions that lead to real results. I value ownership, precision, and pragmatic execution – and I believe that impact comes from doing the work, not from talking about it.
