I build the bridge between Information Technology and the client, turning issues into win/win situations for the organization and creating a strong digital foundation for the future.As an IT and Business Operations Executive in the Banking and Pension sectors I have built the Teams, Operating Models and Centres of Expertise to deliver technical projects (ERP, Venture Capital, ECM, Investment Management System, etc.) as well as business practices (Change Management, Benefits Realization, Knowledge Sharing, Enterprise Project Management, Risk Operating Models, etc.).My business background means that I appreciate the client and their realities and can ask the right questions and recognize their challenges. My IT experience means that I understand the technology and the various processes and dimensions involved. In addition, my strong Managerial and Leadership skills have allowed me to source and develop strong talent and teams and build client centric operating models that have led to successful client relationships, and positive employee and user satisfaction results.
