I’m a curious professional who is a creative problem-solver and strong project owner with a keen interest in people & performance. At Zalando, I am responsible for consulting brands to reach more customers in their home market, expand their current businesses across borders, and upscale their sales through the Zalando Partner Services (PS) partnership. My role at Zalando requires a multisided understanding of eCommerce in fashion retail: market, technology, logistics, legal, content, business as well as people. It also requires a forward-looking, passion for growth, drive to respond to change, and great communication & people management skills. I have experience in dynamic ad hoc and high performing environments, and it has tempered me to a growth-oriented generalist with a creative streak and a chameleonic ability to improvise with changing conditions. I can dive right into the deep end and propose an out of the box solution when needed. As a person, I am a connector who is passionate about new encounters, personal development, trust, and delivering results to all stakeholders. My work background is international, which has allowed me to accumulate versatile experience. Studying (in Finland and in Germany) and working abroad in multinational teams (more than 40 cultures) has enabled me to develop extensive insight into multicultural teamwork, communication, project and people management.
