Successfully led the implementation of Workday across the Group. This has included working with all critical key-stakeholders in the business and external consultants to ensure the requirements were captured and translated into the delivery of a bespoke Workday system solution. The elements of the project included a full end to end process review.• Manage the HR system and data workstream of Workday integration activity including loading data, testing and verifying data uploads. • Lead and develop a Team of People System Analysts delivering continuous process improvements, streamlining and automating where possible• Work closely with our Third Party supplier, IT and implementation teams to manage the design and deployment of Workday incremental modules.• Establish key performance indicators and success criteria and measure performance to workload and efficiency goals for Workday platform.• Work with the team to stay informed of new Workday functionality in order to continuously enhance HRIS.• Creating, supporting and maintaining on-going operational, managerial and executive reporting related to business• Lead the design of the bi-annual upgrades of the Workday HR system to the business.• Create and continuously input into the People roadmap ensuring delivery and enhancements to optimise the performance of Workday• Responsible for the maintenance of the product(s), which include Recruitment, HCM Core, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning and Workforce Planning• Leading the full People change process requests, ensuring a full audit including approval chain is recorded, agreeing the implementation criteria and seeing it through to delivery
