Heidi J. Gassman received her undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Washington in 1993 and her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University in 1996. Ms. Gassman focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, real property, business formation and advising, and commercial contracts and leases. Ms. Gassman has substantial experience in estate planning and offers clients a broad range of related services, from simple individual and family estate plans to charitable gifting, tax planning, and business succession. She pays particular attention to the individual financial and personal goals of her clients, and strives to offer simple and effective options for realizing those goals and preserving family legacies for future generations. Ms. Gassman presents seminars on estate planning, trusts, and probate administration to attorneys, businesses, and social groups, and is a Continuing Legal Education presenter for the Colorado Bar Association. She has also lectured to design professionals and contractors on construction law and business law, and has taught continuing education courses for the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
