In my role as Director of Teaching and Learning, I design and deliver on-site professional development to a faculty of 70+ educators as well as send faculty to off-site PD. I am involved in hiring excellent teachers and supporting them as they transition into the Kingswood Oxford community. I work closely with the Coordinator of New Teachers and Mentors to support both new teachers and mentors, and as such deliver training to mentors for new teachers. I also administer a teacher evaluation program, in which students give feedback to their teachers, which allows teachers to reflect on their practice and be responsive to their students\' needs.
