Provide support to 250 recruiting personnel across Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Serve as the subject matter expert regarding waivers and oversee all aspects of the program including performing waiver analysis for recruiting and training operations. Conduct reviews and internal investigations to ensure all personnel are abiding by regulatory guidance. Any impropriety is forwarded to an impartial officer for further investigation and final determination. Maintain detailed data on all investigations and outcomes. Design and maintain databases. Ensure that recruiting and operations personnel maintain total compliance with laws, directives, and policies regarding recruiting operations. Serve as quality control reviewer for discharges and offer recommendations on waiver requests. Conduct legal and ethical reviews on applicants to determine eligibility and suitability for military service. Recommend ways of improving recruiting procedures and standards by performing statistical analysis on recruiting trends. Managed the Future Soldier Training Program including discharging applicants who no longer wished to fulfill commitment, are no longer eligible for military service or whose contract is being terminated. Develop, implement, and maintain waiver tracking systems to streamline the waivers process, and improve efficiency and accountability at all levels of the recruiting process. Overhauled the Battalion Safety Program by ensuring federal, state, and military regulations were followed. Implemented a training program to instruct personnel on safety guidelines and procedures.
