I climbed the corporate ladder starting from the very bottom rung, from being a receptionist at a small-town hotel in the UK to leading the Global Decision Support Team for IHG in India! I seized opportunities to grow and sought challenging roles that forced me out of my comfort zone. Resilient and resourceful under pressure, empathetic and emphatic when I needed to be, my confidence and competence grew with every successful metric and measure achieved.
