About Heidi Hannah

34 year veteran in the wine and spirits industry including many years on-premise serving and bartending, as well as several years each on the production and the distributor side. My background includes extensive management in wine and spirits with diverse portfolios over the last two decades with RNDC, Southern Glazers, and most recently Breakthru Beverage and Summit. I have fantastic relationships from street to executive level. I bring to the table extensive wine knowledge with a 1st level Sommelier certificate and a desire to learn more. I am multi-lingual (Spanish, Italian, French in addition to my native English) with great communication skills, am goal-oriented, and pride myself on excellent follow-through. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, both supplier portals, Micro Strategies, Concur, Nielsen, etc. and have a clear understanding of distributor management as well as building relationships in accounts. My work ethic is impeccable, and I hold honesty and integrity among my deepest core values. I have significant experience leading QBR’s, developing KPIs, designing and leading presentations both at the distributor level as well as corporate chains, and maximizing profitability while maintaining budgets. When I’m not focused on growing my sales territory, I enjoy hiking, gardening, and live music.
