About Heidi Hamor

With over 2.5 years of experience as the Director of Operations at Dress for Success Phoenix, I lead and oversee the operations, events, volunteer management, and fundraising for a nonprofit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence. I am also the Director of Fundraising and a board member of Voices of the Desert, a community chorus that promotes diversity and inclusion through music, since July 2022.I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a skilled business process improvement manager with a background in logistics, materials, and supply chain management. I have successfully implemented process improvement tools and strategies, delivered exceptional customer support, and trained and coached teams of analysts and users.
