I have been pinnacle in the development, procurement, evolution and transformation of a brave new model of delivery implemented by Essex County Council, bringing together 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, School Nursing, FNP and Children Centre Services. I have skills that allow me to take a strategic, pioneering and innovative approach to transform the lives of children and young people. I have achieved this in a variety of ways from developing relationships with commissioning bodies in order to win large scale contracts to working closely with stakeholders within the community to understand the needs of Children, Young People and families.I have professional knowledge of business management and detailed knowledge of the Social Care sector, currently managing a budget in excess of 6.5 million.Throughout my Career I have achieved positive results within a multi matrix environment, delivering continuous improvement to achieve exceptional results.In addition to the Essex Child and Family Well-being service I have been successful in my role as Assistant Director of Children Service for Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk recently securing a large contract in Hertfordshire. I have a exceptional knowledge of Children Centre Services and a proven track record of procurement success, mobilisation, transformation and service delivery.
