Major Accomplishments include strategic planning, adoption and optimization of a national Salesforce Customer Engagement Initiative, and success at leading large initiatives (Cargill Foundation, Carole White PEP Grant, United Way), change management, and project management.Growing up in a Multicultural environment has given me a unique perspective on diversity and inclusion.
