As the Marketing and Human Resources Director, I oversee all marketing/sales strategies and efforts to strengthen FLC\'s market position and achieve desired business goals. I am responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. Prepare winning proposals, submittals, qualifications, and interview presentations. Lead kick off meetings to define expectations, identify tasks and assign responsibilities, and develop production schedule. Write and edit FLC\'s collateral including resumes and project descriptions, graphic design of marketing collateral, development and maintenance of proposal materials and research. Manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and meet competing deadlines. Business development and strategy meetings, development of content for proposals, and create marketing collateral. Establish annual marketing budget, prepare annual marketing plan. Coordinate professional events and trade shows, attending networking events and municipal prebid meetings. Coordinate interview with clients and final project photography. Advertising. Branding. Social Media Content Creator. Develop and implement human resources policies. Support strategic objectives. Hire staff and negotiate employment agreements along with Ownership. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Manage staff wellness and performance reviews. Motivate and support current staff. Maintain staff records and handle employee benefits along with the Payroll Manager. Identify staffing needs and creating job descriptions. Design and direct training programs. Among other duties.
