About Heidi Clemens
I started in the background screening industry over 20 years ago. In my previous roles I was the Assistant Manager of Operations, Senior Product Manager, Account Manager, Implementation Manager, and Solutions Consultant. Due to the various roles and length of time in this industry, I am well versed in the products that are offered and best practice solutions for the different industries. I enjoy assisting clients with their pain points and coming up with solutions. I am involved in PBSA Industry Best Practice committee which assists me with staying up to date on the changing laws and processes.
