My husband, Steven & I are licensed realtors in the state of Louisiana & our brokerage is Watermark Realty. We work within our limited liability company, Heidi\'s Homes, LLC. Watermark Realty has (2) office locations: Mandeville & Metairie. Our home office is located in Mandeville, but we actively work in both locations. Organizations that we belong to are the National Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors Association, and New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. We primarily work in the residential market in the New Orleans Metropolitan area. We are experienced in many aspects of real estate including working as buyer\'s agent & listing agent, first time homebuyers, resales, bankowned//REO, townhomes/condos, new construction, vacant land, investment properties, relocations, including military families & rentals/leases to name a few. We have also been chosen as a realtor team to work with the My Place Louisiana Program, which assists developmentally disabled clients locate and purchase or lease a home. We have received certification as an Affordable Housing Realtor & can assist first time homebuyers with purchasing a home by linking them with lenders who can provide financing to meet their needs, including RD, FHA, & VA mortgages.
