From airport staff, to quality manager in a start-up, to the ship as host around the world and then back to the roots- to the offices in Berlin:My career began in 2009 as a state-certified foreign language correspondent, but my true journey has been one of discovery, connection, and growth. From working at one of Germany’s most popular airlines to engaging with guests on a cruise ship sailing around the world, I\'ve always thrived in environments that bring people together and celebrate diversity. These experiences ultimately led me back to my roots— to the heart of Berlin’s office spaces, where I found my true calling.As an HR Specialist, my passion lies in creating inclusive, positive work environments where both individuals and organizations can thrive. I am driven by the belief that communication is the bridge to understanding, and it’s my greatest joy to be there for people—whether they’re employees, leaders, or teams. In February 2026, I completed a course in ‘Practical Labor Law,’ further fueling my commitment to support workplaces with expertise, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the law.
