I approach marketing the way I was taught to approach complex systems in engineering: break it down to the smallest fundamental truths before building on top of them. In healthcare, those truths start with the psychology and incentives of the stakeholders involved. Payers, providers, health systems, and patients each optimize for something different.This first principles thinking shaped how I\'ve built positioning around what each stakeholder is trying to avoid as much as what they want, ICP frameworks that unlocked new segments, and GTM programs that converted consistently because they were designed with buyer psychology in the center.
