Board-level transformation and operations leader with 25 years’ experience spanning £60m scale-ups, £250m national manufacturers and £2.3bn corporates. I have directed workforces of delivered value creation under investor and regulatory scrutiny, and restored service, cost and margin resilience across PE-backed, FTSE and public sector environments.Recognised for bridging strategy and execution, I design and embed Target Operating Models, reset culture and workforce capability, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. My track record includes:1. £383m profit swing as part of a 3-person PMO with BCG, personally leading SG & A reduction, cultural change and supply chain transformation.2. £35m cost reset through workforce redesign and Agile operating model in a complex multi-market technology business.3. 2.5% margin uplift joined by service recovery and long-term commercial negotiation on a 15-year, automation-ready DC.4. Scaled a £2bn Operations enterprise with staff, building a national supply chain during a life-critical government pandemic programme.I am equally comfortable on the floor or in the boardroom, able to stabilise fast where delivery is broken while building capability and long-term growth. I balance sleeves-up agility with coaching leadership, knowing when to step in directly and when to step back to build capacity.
